While not everyone can cut out of work at 4pm (saying 4 in case any coworkers are reading) on Friday's to wrap the week up on relaxing high note, we can all take the time to make sure we end our week on high.  It might be simply letting that nonessential email wait until Monday, or it might be as easy taking the long way home with the windows down.  Whatever your happy place is you need to take up residence there as often as possible!
